£6,456 car allowance (or £8,056 for an electric vehicle), fuel card and bonus scheme

EA Associates are recruiting on behalf of a property services contractor for a Retrofit Operations Manager to be based at their Royston (Hertfordshire) office. You will be working for a £250m turnover business, offering industry leading benefits.



Responsibilities:



* Oversee the delivery of retrofit schemes to full PAS 2030/2035 compliance



* Act as the branch’s primary retrofit and decarbonisation lead



* Prepare and manage PAS documentation, plans, and audit readiness



* Work with designers, assessors, and PAS consultants to ensure quality assurance



* Build and lead high-performing teams of site managers, surveyors, and



* coordinators



* Support tenders and contribute to bid submissions



* Engage with clients, build trusted relationships and represent the company at senior meetings



* Drive performance on-site through regular inspections, compliance checks, and HSEQ standards



* Manage subcontractor competence and PAS/MCS compliance



* Ensure energy performance improvements are accurately identified, planned and delivered



* Work collaboratively with QS teams to price and optimise compliant retrofit measures



* Lead preparation for PAS 2030/2035 & MCS audits with external bodies



Requirements:



* Minimum of 5 years experience in retrofit or decarbonisation projects



* Strong understanding of PAS 2030/2035 standards and compliance



* Confident managing multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders simultaneously



* Retrofit Assessor or Coordinator training is a strong advantage



* Skilled in P&L management, strategic planning, and HSEQ compliance



* Full UK driving licence
