Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Operations Manager with a strong background in retail store management. This role requires a hands-on leader who can oversee daily operations, streamline processes, drive sales, and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day store and operational functions in our physical location.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor inventory, merchandising, and supply chain efficiency.
- Implement operational strategies to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and process improvement.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to set business objectives and execute initiatives.
- Customer Service and Administrative Duties
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, with at least 1 year in an operations-focused role.
- Proven track record in sales growth, team leadership, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, merchandising, and retail KPIs.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Skills:
- Experience managing retail operations.
- Familiarity with retail POS systems and operational software (Clover).
- Background in Customer Service.
