Queen City Homestore seeks an Operations & Inventory Manager to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations. This position is located at our corporate office. Bilingual Skills are but not required.
Shift: 6 am - 3 pm or 5 am - 2 pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve operational practices
- Operational Efficiency - streamlining processes and ensuring compliance with safety and security
- Allocate resources and materials to meet delivery deadlines
- Track and forecast operational trends and sales analysis
- Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams - contractors
- Interview potential candidates
- Inventory management - ordering, receiving, stocking, and tracking merchandise as well as managing inventory
- Customer Service - ensuring an excellent customer service experience, addressing any complaints and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Coach and mentor the team
- Staff Scheduling and overseeing time and attendance
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in operations or other related fields
- Process-oriented
- Analytically minded
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent software skills - ERP and Excel
- Logistics Experience
