What You’ll Do
- Own Project Success: Partner with Project Managers to plan, organize, and execute projects from concept to completion.
- Lead & Inspire: Delegate tasks, mentor team members, and champion professional development.
- Deliver Quality: Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, maintain schedules, and manage budgets to exceed expectations.
- Build Relationships: Engage clients with clear communication and proactive solutions.
- Drive Growth: Support business development initiatives and strengthen client partnerships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
- Monitor budgets, profitability, and resource allocation.
- Review and approve project documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agencies.
- Manage permitting, entitlement processes, and construction administration.
What You Bring
- 6-8 years of Architectural experience
- Solid understanding of construction methodology and building codes.
- Experience in project scheduling, financial management, and risk mitigation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
