We are a reputable restoration company specializing in fire, water, and mold remediation services. Our team is dedicated to providing fast, professional, and high-quality restoration work to help clients recover quickly after property damage.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Restoration Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in restoration or construction, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication with clients and crews.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of restoration projects including fire, water, and mold damage.
• Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment usage.
• Conduct site inspections, create estimates, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, photos, and project updates.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restoration, construction, or related industry.
• Valid and clean driver’s license (company vehicle provided).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• IICRC certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management and estimating software (Xactimate experience a plus).
