Summary/Objective
The Reconstruction Project Manager ensures that the project is completed on time and within budget while meeting quality specifications and codes and maintaining a safe work environment. This position will create project plans in which they divide all required construction site activities into logical steps, while estimating and budgeting the time required to meet established deadlines. This position also coordinates labor, determining the needs and overseeing their performance, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule. They work closely with Reconstruction Lead Technicians and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed timely and within budget. Lead Technicians will report to the Project Manager and will keep them informed of project progression.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee and manage construction multiple projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget and quality standards
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect workmanship and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate implementation of project plans
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
- Utilize project management software such as ProCore, Primavera, and Prolog for efficient project coordination
- Collect payments as project unfolds

Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction process, techniques, and materials
- proficient in blueprint or schematic reading and interpretation
- Excellent project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to follow company protocols
- Ability to effectively communication with diverse stakeholders at all levels
