Restoration Project Coordinator

Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team! Our Project Coordinators are an integral part of our construction projects as they provide adminstration and customer service and coordinate with all internal stakeholders including customers, project managers, insurance adjusters, mortgage companies, accounting and finance, and company management.

Responsibilities:

• New project set-up in company project management/accounting software
• Meet with Project Managers to review and discuss job progress and status updates
• Billing and collecting on project receivables
• Clerical and administrative duties including answers and directing phone calls and filing project documents
• Organizing and implementing administrative support, including arranging appointments, inspections, and various meetings
• Provide customer service to our customers regarding job progress and answering any questions or inquiries

​Qualifications:

• Previous bookkeeping experience is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Experience in Sage Intacct is a plus
• Experience with DASH is a plus
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
