About the Role


Voda Cleaning & Restoration of North Atlanta is seeking a hands-on, high-performing Restoration Operations Manager to lead daily field operations and drive performance across our restoration and cleaning teams. This leadership role is central to our mission of delivering urgent, expert help to homes and businesses dealing with water, mold, and fire damage, while also maintaining the top-tier cleaning services that build long-term trust and reputation in the communities we serve.

The ideal candidate is an IICRC-certified pro with a proven track record in water mitigation, mold remediation, and team leadership, whos equally comfortable managing job schedules, training technicians, solving problems on-site, and communicating with customers under stress. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for all restoration and cleaning jobs, ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to IICRC standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor technicians on proper protocols, job-site performance, safety, and customer care.
• Manage team schedules and daily dispatch to ensure high utilization and strong job coverage across water mitigation, mold, fire/smoke, and cleaning services.
• Perform field work when needed, especially during restoration surge periods or to lead by example during complex cleaning jobs.
• Ensure quality control, conducting job audits and maintaining a culture of accountability and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer concerns and field-level decision making.
• Drive operational efficiency, working with ownership to refine SOPs, optimize workflows, and eliminate downtime or waste.
• Track and manage job documentation, including work orders, estimates, change orders, billing, and customer approvals.
• Maintain fleet, tools, and inventory, ensuring readiness and compliance at all times.
• Champion safety by enforcing OSHA standards, conducting regular training, and documenting protocols across teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelors degree .
• Must hold at least one of the following IICRC certifications (multiple ):
  • WRT Water Restoration Technician
  • ASD Applied Structural Drying
  • AMRT Applied Microbial Remediation
  • FSRT Fire & Smoke Restoration
  • OCT Odor Control Technician
  • CCT Carpet Cleaning Technician
• 35 years of experience in restoration or related field service management.
• Prior leadership experience with field teams and job coordination.
• Proficient in restoration platforms (Xactimate, MICA, DASH) and CRM/job scheduling systems.
• Excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence under pressure.
• Must be customer-obsessed and quality-driven, with a bias for action and a desire to grow.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, up to 75 lbs occasionally with team assistance.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
• Work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and occasionally in extreme heat/humidity or wet conditions.
• Comfortable wearing and using PPE, including respirators, Tyvek suits, and gloves when required.
