Service Advisor / Estimator / Sales

Seeking an Indoor Environmental Superhero!  

POSITION SUMMARY / PURPOSE
As a Mitigation First Responder you will be the cornerstone of our sales efforts, responsible for converting leads from our valued network into successful business engagements. You will be the face of our company, embodying our commitment to excellence in emergency restoration services. Furthermore, your involvement will be key in setting up the operations teams for success.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
●   Engage with leads provided by our sales and marketing funnels, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions. 
●  Conduct in-person meetings at the place of loss (either residential or commercial) to discuss and close deals effectively. Obtain written  
     contracts and payment terms for applicable, assigned projects. 
●  Demonstrate a desire to learn and have a deep understanding of our services, including water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire & 
     smoke remediation, biohazard cleanup, trauma cleanup, as well as full-service reconstruction and remodeling. ●  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and success through detailed hand-off processes. 
 ●  Creating comprehensive moisture maps to accurately identify and document affected areas. 
 ●  Utilizing 3D scanning technology to provide precise and detailed visual documentation of the site. 
 ●  Developing detailed job scopes for each project. 
 ●  Ensuring all relevant information is clearly communicated to the team.
 ●  Demonstrate comfort in using CRM system and other technologies. 
 ●  Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall growth. 
 ●  Maintain phone and in-person contact with new and existing customers and building professional rapport. 
    

QUALIFICATIONS   

• Analytical problem solver who is able to bring solutions to the table and take charge of multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Great “people” person, with the ability to communicate across all levels of understanding. 
• Organized in a self-directed environment with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
• Dedicated to providing unparalleled customer service, including ongoing customer care and follow up. 
• Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change.
• Power user of technology -  iPad/iPhone/Smart Phone and be comfortable adapting to new technology and job management systems.
• Understanding of fire, water mitigation, mold remediation, and reconstruction.
• Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience.
• Residential and commercial construction knowledge.
• Computer software, Excel, Word, Uploading documents and pictures.
• Project Manager Experience.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced customer service-oriented industry
• Must have at least High School Diploma or GED.

• Xactimate and estimating software experience. 
• Insurance restoration industry and claims process experience. 
• Industry certifications and education – IICRC, OSHA, CMA, CMR, CAD, Construction Management.
• CRM Software.
• Construction or Estimating: 3 years ().
