We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our FOH and BOH operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and experience working in a fast oaced restaurant environment. The Manager will be responsible for assisting with promotion, overseeing and expanding sales, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Role Description

Our managers are responsible for overseeing the overall operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and maximizing profitability. The individual in this role will be responsible for executing day-to-day management tasks for the front and back of the house. This includes overseeing profitability, managing labor costs, while working with marketing to develop strategies to increase sales. The role requires strong communication skills, restaurant, customer service, and marketing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee sales and profitability growth
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and sales, inclusive of but not limited to managing the FOH and BOH, opening and closing procedures.
  • Develop and execute season marketing strategies with Marketing team to create specials, promote events, and help build a solid customer base
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  • Manage labor costs
  • Maintain a high level of customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

  • Strong communication, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sports industry trends and dynamics
  • Experience in sports marketing, sports marketing sales, and/or sports bar management a plus
  • Three years plus in Restaurant Management or Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Restaurant Management a plus
