Job DescriptionJob Description

Lennon Construction Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our restaurant maintenance division.

Responsibilities include changing HVAC unit filters on a monthly schedule. Inspect client premises during monthly visits to identify maintenance issues. Assist in service and repair work as needed while working in collaboration with outside subcontractors. Supervise small projects that fall outside of the maintenance contract.

Essential Functions: Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate solid supervisory abilities. Must have a positive attitude and a courteous demeanor with all customers. Must be able to work well with others and help with other responsibilities as needed to maintain an environment of teamwork.

Skills:

Proficiency in some or all of the following areas:

Carpentry - 
Electric - 
Plumbing - 
Painting
HVAC maintenance -_ required_
Basic repairs

General Requirements:

Physically able to climb stairs, ladders, bend, and crawl for repairs.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
