What You’ll Do

• Manage Inventory: Oversee room and rental inventory across multiple systems and booking platforms, ensuring real-time accuracy and availability.

• Optimize Strategy: Collaborate with Revenue Management to align inventory with pricing strategies and revenue targets.

• Analyze & Report: Monitor daily trends, identify risks, and deliver insights through reports on inventory performance.

• Cross-Functional Partnering: Work closely with Resort Operations, Owner Services, and Sales to balance owner use and rental availability.

• System Administration: Maintain data integrity across property management systems, channel managers, and internal tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in inventory management, revenue management, reservations, or similar hospitality roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field .

• Proficiency in PMS systems, channel managers, and Microsoft Excel.

• SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau are a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.

• Experience in vacation ownership, timeshare, or mixed-use resorts is highly .

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
