Residential Site Manager to oversee construction projects involving pre-built concrete structures. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trades, managing schedules, ensuring safety compliance, and ensuring projects run on time and within budget.



Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS and first aid

Strong knowledge of precast or pre-built concrete systems

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Flexibilty to travel to sites in the south west and Wales for other projects
