Position Overview

As a Residential Service Electrician, you will diagnose, present, and complete residential electrical jobs using proven service systems. You will work directly with homeowners, explain options clearly, and deliver top notch workmanship. This is a client facing role, ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and being rewarded for performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems according to NEC and company standards
• Present service options and perform approved work onsite
• Deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience without using pressure tactics
• Complete paperwork and collect payments using ServiceTitan CRM
• Guide clients through permitting and inspection processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Participate in weekly training and professional development

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of residential electrical experience
• No backgrounds in data center, fire alarm, or IT will be considered
• Must interface directly with homeowners in a professional manner
• Ability to draft solutions, present and sell solutions, and complete installation work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A growth mindset and willingness to be coached
• Valid driver's license (driving record must qualify for coverage)
• Professional appearance required for client facing roles
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Experience with ServiceTitan strongly
• Journeyman's license but not required

This role includes a take home vehicle benefit. Candidates must reside within the service area to be eligible. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check. All results are reviewed on a case by case basis and do not automatically disqualify candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full time position
• Base pay starting at $24 per hour
• $2,000 sign on bonus (paid in intervals over your first year)
