The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Manager to join our growing team to handle projects in the Nashville area. This role calls for a leader with both project management expertise and hands-on carpentry knowledge, capable of guiding complex remodels and renovations from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-end residential remodeling projects with full accountability for budget, schedule, and quality.
• Conduct regular site visits, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and building standards.
• Review and verify plans, selections, and materials (cabinets, tile, flooring, fixtures, etc.) to meet timelines and design standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, managing expectations, and building trust.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing carpentry and construction expertise.
• Step in with hands-on light framing, trim carpentry, and cabinetry installation when needed.
• Collaborate closely with designers, trade partners, and leadership to keep projects aligned and on track.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience, with proven success in project management.
• Strong foundation in carpentry (light framing, trim, cabinetry installation).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects without sacrificing quality or client satisfaction.
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting tools.
• A positive, professional demeanor with a true team-first attitude.

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000+ per year (based on experience and fit).
