Residential Project Manager – Savannah, GA

Our client, a well-established and highly respected residential builder, is seeking a Residential Project Manager to oversee the construction of single-family for-sale homes and build-for-rent (BFR) communities in the Savannah, GA area. Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of residential construction projects, including both for-sale homes and BFR communities, from pre-construction through final delivery

• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and quality expectations

• Conduct site inspections, address field issues proactively, and maintain accurate construction documentation

• Collaborate with purchasing, design, and warranty teams to ensure a seamless build process and positive homeowner/ experience

• Oversee multiple builds simultaneously across different stages of construction

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience managing residential construction projects, preferably with a regional or homebuilder

• Strong understanding of both for-sale and build-for-rent product types, a plus

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, construction schedules, and budgets effectively

• Excellent knowledge of local building codes, permitting processes, and residential construction standards

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficiency with construction management software and mobile tools

• Familiarity with the Savannah market or surrounding area is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
