Position Summary: Intrinsic Behavioral seeks a dedicated Program Director to oversee our community integration services for individuals with disabilities. This role involves direct supervision by a Program Supervisor, who will manage Direct Care Professionals to ensure high-quality care and support for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with Medicaid waivers and a passion for enhancing the lives of those we serve.

About Intrinsic Behavioral: Intrinsic Behavioral has been a trusted provider of services for four years and is now expanding our offerings to include services under the Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH) Waiver. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of community integration programs.
• Supervise and support Direct Care Professionals in delivering quality care.
• Ensure shift coverage, including being expected to cover shifts as needed.
• Assist in running errands or attending medical appointments for clients.
• Develop and implement programs that promote community involvement for individuals with disabilities.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of .
• Experience in program management, preferably within the services field.
• Knowledge of Medicaid waivers and relevant funding sources is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills is a must.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR, with training in Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) .
• Ability to work collaboratively in a personal and laid-back environment.
