Maintenance Technician – Carlsbad and San Marcos Apartment Communities

Location: Carlsbad, San Marcos CA

Are you an experienced Maintenance Technician looking for a great opportunity in North County? We are seeking reliable, skilled technicians to join our team and support the upkeep and improvement of beautiful apartment communities.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready turns between occupancies
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on the property, including grounds, buildings, and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliances
• Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism when interacting with residents and staff
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of general maintenance experience (property management experience )
• Solid understanding of general maintenance procedures and systems
• HVAC and/or CPO certifications are a plus (not required)
• Must have or be willing to acquire basic hand tools
• Ability to pass a background screening and verify eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Drug-free work environment
