Job Title: Condo Maintenance Technician

Location: Arlington, VA 22203

Job Type: Full-Time

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Condo Maintenance Technician, with a focus on plumbing knowledge, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the condo community's facilities, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems, and ensuring a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for unit owners and .

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building systems and equipment.

· Repair and service plumbing, electrical, and some light HVAC, issues.

· Conduct general maintenance tasks including some painting and light carpentry repairs. 

· Repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures including toilets, sinks, faucets, and replacement of valves, piping and hoses. 

· Respond promptly to maintenance requests from .

· Ensure safety protocols are followed in all maintenance activities.

· Maintain accurate logs of maintenance and repairs.

· Assist with janitorial and groundskeeping duties as needed.

· Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in building maintenance or related field.

· Knowledge of plumbing, some electrical, and light carpentry.

· Ability to troubleshoot and resolve various maintenance issues.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Good communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

· Ability to lift heavy objects, work at heights, and in various conditions.

· Certification or licenses related to maintenance and plumbing but not required.
