Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you a skilled organizer with a knack for problem-solving and scheduling? We're seeking a dedicated Maintenance Dispatcher to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance team.

Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Healthcare, 401(k)

Compensation:

$17 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and Coordination: Efficiently schedule maintenance tasks for our team of technicians and external vendors
• Following up on work that needs to be completed
• Payroll Management: Accurately process payroll for both vendors and internal technicians
• Tenant Relations: Address tenant concerns and complaints promptly, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues effectively
• Problem Diagnosis: Possesses the ability to diagnose maintenance problems and recommend appropriate solutions

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in scheduling and resource allocation
• Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Property Management, maintenance, or a similar field
