Circa Service FL is looking for a highly organized and experienced Residential HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and leader with deep technical HVAC knowledge and a proven track record of managing field teams. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our technicians deliver top-tier service while meeting performance and quality standards.
Qualifications and Duties include, but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC service team

Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians

Monitor job progress and ensure timely, high-quality service

Conduct regular team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance evaluations

Assist with scheduling, dispatch coordination, and workload balancing

Resolve escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
-
Review service tickets and invoices for accuracy and completeness

Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new technicians
-
Maintain clear communication between technicians, dispatch, and management

Track team performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Stay current with HVAC codes, technology, and industry best practices

Experience:
-
5+ years of residential HVAC experience (including 2+ years in a leadership role)

EPA certification required; NATE certification
-
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and repairs

Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate service technicians

Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills

Proficient with service software and basic office tools

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure

You’ll lead our residential HVAC service department, ensuring excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and technician development — while driving the team toward consistent success.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
Location: Based in Florida, local travel required
