THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Our ideal candidate meets the qualifications listed below:
- Valid driver's license
- 1+ years HVAC experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
An EPA certification, experience installing ductless/mini split systems and high-efficiency equipment, and knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety standards are .

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC INSTALLER
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend and emergency installs.
As our Residential HVAC Installer with Air Dynamics, you'll start your day at our central location, where you'll prepare for the day's assignments before heading to job sites around San Angelo. You'll install heating, cooling, and ventilation systems with precision, ensuring all components – from refrigerant lines to ductwork – are connected for safe and efficient operation. Testing systems for top performance and educating homeowners about maintenance will also be part of your responsibilities.
