We are seeking a professional, personable, and knowledgeable In-Home HVAC Estimator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll meet directly with residential customers to provide accurate and timely estimates for HVAC system installations and replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess HVAC needs based on customer input, existing equipment, home structure, and comfort goals.

  • Educate homeowners on system options, energy efficiency, financing programs, rebates, and warranties.

  • Use pricing software and company tools to build precise and competitive estimates.

  • Present proposals professionally and clearly, addressing customer questions and concerns.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, job notes, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure job details are accurately communicated and executed.

  • Stay current with local codes, utility incentives, and emerging HVAC technologies.

  • Attend training sessions, ride-alongs, and company meetings as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the HVAC industry (field experience ).

  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and HVAC industry software.

  • Ability to work evenings or weekends when needed.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

  • Must be 100% drug-free, including marijuana (pre-employment and random screenings required).

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC installation practices and residential comfort solutions.

  • Experience with industry-specific estimating or CRM software.
