Role snapshot
- Keep an apartment community safe, operational, and resident-ready.
- Deliver fast, high-quality service on work orders and unit turns.
- Support building systems health through preventive maintenance.
Core tasks
- Routine and preventative maintenance in apartments, common areas, and building systems.
- Diagnostics and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances.
- Efficient work order completion with strong resident communication.
- Turn support: painting, cleaning, repairs to prepare homes for new .
- Emergency response participation (on-call rotation may apply).
- Tool/parts upkeep and adherence to safety standards and policies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in maintenance; multifamily/property management experience .
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- EPA HVAC certification (not required).
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; able to perform physical job duties.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Schedule & compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday.
- Some overtime, including weekends/on-call, as needed.
- $22–$26 per hour DOE.
