Residential Construction Superintendent

Mariano & Co., LLC – Phoenix Metro

Compensation: $85,000 – $110,000+ per year (DOE)
Benefits Value: ~$20,000+/year (medical, 401k, company truck, etc.)

We are growing again and looking for an Experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee multiple projects and help us deliver our signature 5-STAR Customer Experience.

What You’ll Do

• Run multiple residential projects at once: new builds, major remodels, additions, and ADUs
• Oversee ground-up construction, land development, and site work
• Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control
• Coordinate with city officials on zoning, permitting, and inspections
• Create Scopes of Work and bids/estimates for projects as needed
• Read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP plans
• Maintain clean, safe, well-organized jobsites and strong client communication

What We’re Looking For

Required (Non-Negotiable):

• 10+ years hands-on residential construction experience (home building + remodel)
• Proven experience managing multiple jobsites at once
• Strong background in land development, zoning, and permitting
• Experience with additions and ADUs
• Able to create detailed Scopes of Work and project bids
• Local to Phoenix Metro (no relocation; must already live in the area)
• Existing relationships with at least 3 subcontractors per discipline
• • (Framing, concrete, drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, tile, etc.)
• Comfortable with construction software (Buildertrend or similar), email, photos, and daily logs
• Highly organized, strong communicator, accountable, and team-focused

Pay & Benefits

• Base Pay: $85,000 – $110,000+ per year (DOE)
