C. Bowen Custom Homes is seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team. We specialize in building high-end, custom homes with an uncompromising focus on craftsmanship, detail, and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a leader who can oversee all aspects of construction, from the ground up through completion, while building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on multiple residential construction sites.
• Maintain construction schedules, ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.
• Coordinate, schedule, and oversee subcontractors, trades, and vendors.
• Conduct daily client meetings and provide clear project updates.
• Ensure quality control at every stage of construction, from foundation through finish.
• Order and manage materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliveries.
• Anticipate and solve jobsite issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential construction supervision (high-end custom home experience strongly ).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
