The Role

We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager who’s equal parts builder, problem-solver, and customer advocate. You’ll oversee ADU projects from start to finish, working directly with leadership to ensure every home is delivered on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of residential construction — from permits to completion.
• Serve as the main customer contact, providing proactive updates and ensuring a 5-star experience.
• Hire and coordinate subcontractors, keeping quality, timelines, and budgets on track.
• Stay current on CT codes, zoning, and construction best practices.
• Develop repeatable systems (SOPs) and find ways to make each project smoother than the last.
• Anticipate issues and solve them fast — with independence and initiative.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential construction experience in Connecticut.
• Deep knowledge of building codes, permitting, and project management.
• Strong network of reliable subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, organization, and tech skills (project management software, spreadsheets, CRMs).
• Self-motivated, positive, and energized by challenge and growth.
• Degree or PMP certification a plus, not required.
