What You'll Do

As our next Project Manager, you will:

• Lead 3-5 active custom home projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough

• Own the schedule, budget, and subcontractor performance to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to Sherman Homes' quality standards

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners-building trust, providing clear communication, and delivering a 5-star experience

• Coordinate with designers, trade partners, and internal teams to bring design intent to life while managing field execution

• Maintain jobsite excellence, including safety, cleanliness, and presentation-aligned with the Sherman Homes brand and values

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• A proven leader with 5+ years of residential construction management experience (custom homebuilding strongly )

• Confident with construction management software (Buildertrend or CoConstruct)

• Experienced in reading blueprints and managing high-detail projects with discerning clients

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with calm confidence

• A clear communicator who takes initiative, solves problems, and ensures teams stay aligned
