We are hiring for the position of Construction Manager. This will be an in-office position with some on-site duties. This will be a great opportunity for someone with a tireless work ethic and a positive attitude looking to work alongside the best and to progress their career.

Duties
- Fully Manage Custom Residential construction projects
- Utilize construction management software to track project progress
- Manage project scheduling and monitoring
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting
- Liaise with subcontractors, architects, and engineers
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Perform monthly Project Executive Summaries for Client, and other stakeholders

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Excellent experience in Custom Residential Construction
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contracts
- Prior experience working in Custom Residential construction
- Strong ability of scheduling, financial forecasting,
