Team Red Dog is partnering with a design-forward technology client to hire a Research Operations Program Manager to support and scale UX research programs for an enterprise Copilot-focused product suite. This role sits at the intersection of UX research, program management, and operational excellence, enabling global research teams through streamlined processes, research tools, stakeholder collaboration, and AI-powered operational innovation in a fast-moving technology environment.

  1. Research operations and program support experience, including designing and scaling research programs that reduce friction and increase researcher impact.
  2. Experience managing research tools and infrastructure, including platforms such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, dscout, Marvin, and similar research technologies.
  3. Stakeholder and supplier engagement, including vendor management, licensing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, procurement, and security teams.

Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the opportunity to play a critical part in amplifying the impact of a world-class UX Research organization focused on Copilot innovation. You will remove operational barriers to great research by building scalable systems, managing research infrastructure, and enabling researchers to focus on high-impact insights. The work directly supports the evolution of AI-driven experiences and research practices at enterprise scale, with visibility across product, design, and leadership teams.

How you will make an impact:

  • Build and scale global research programs that enhance efficiency and research quality
  • Design and maintain operational systems for experience reviews, audits, and customer research programs
  • Establish scheduling, governance, and compliance processes for research activities
  • Manage the research technology stack, including tools, licensing, training, and vendor relationships
  • Evaluate and implement new research and AI-driven operational tools
  • Oversee research tool budgets and ensure compliance with best practices
  • Create and maintain systems for organizing, sharing, and scaling research insights
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, templates, guides, and research documentation
  • Partner with legal, procurement, and security teams to streamline approvals and contracts
  • Develop communication strategies to share research insights through newsletters, Teams channels, and internal sites
  • Support onboarding and offboarding for researchers and contractors, ensuring access, knowledge transfer, and smooth transitions

The expertise you bring:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in research operations, user research, or a closely related role
  • Proven ability to build and scale operational systems and processes
  • Strong project management skills supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with user research tools and platforms
  • Solid understanding of research methodologies and the end-to-end research lifecycle
  • Experience working in enterprise technology or high-growth environments
  • Familiarity with legal, procurement, and compliance processes related to research
