R&D Project Manager – Medical Device | Denver, CO (On-Site)

About the Role:
You’ll play a central role in managing the end-to-end development of new products — from concept through commercialisation — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is a highly visible position ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, culture-driven environment where every voice matters and innovation is a team sport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex R&D projects within the medical device space, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Drive product development efforts that align with company vision and regulatory requirements
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, and quality teams
- Develop detailed project plans, manage risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders
- Ensure all development activities are compliant with FDA, ISO, and internal quality standards
- Contribute to a high-performing, values-led culture that supports personal growth and team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of R&D project management experience in the medical device industry
- Deep understanding of design controls, risk management, and regulated product development processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a bias for action and problem-solving
- Experience in the dental device or infection control space is a strong plus
- PMP certification is a bonus, but not required
