The Role
We're looking for a Food Scientist to lead new product development and improve existing products. From benchtop to commercialization, you'll manage the product lifecycle while ensuring compliance with food safety standards. This is a hands-on role in our test kitchen, perfect for someone passionate about innovation and collaboration.

What You'll Do

• Develop and refine recipes based on customer needs

• Manage product development projects, including sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies

• Coordinate pilot batch production and sample testing

• Document formulations, testing results, and development progress

• Ensure compliance with GMP and SQF food safety standards

• Stay ahead of industry trends and new ingredient innovations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science (required)

• Knowledge of ingredient functionality, sensory evaluation, and quality assurance principles

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with GMP and SQF policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods

• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
