LOCATION: London (3 days in the office)

KEY DUTIES

• Onboard and train customers, supporting setup and aligning with Sales requirements efficiently.
• Build strong customer relationships, drive retention, upsell opportunities, and monitor system usage to improve experience.
• Provide technical support, manage renewals, track engagement, and act as the customer's voice for product enhancements.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years' experience in market research, project management, or survey programming with client-facing skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, driving retention, loyalty, and successful account management consistently.
• Self-motivated, tech-savvy, outgoing professional thriving in start-up environments and eager to take ownership.
