Repairs Planner\nLocation: Lambeth, London\nRate: £17.84 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)\nHours: 40 hours per week\nContract: Temporary to Permanent\n\nOur client, a leading contractor delivering repairs and maintenance services within the social housing sector, is seeking an experienced Repairs Planner to join their team based in Lambeth.\n\nThis is a busy and fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, strong customer service experience, and the ability to effectively schedule and coordinate repair works for a team of operatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nScheduling and planning repair and maintenance appointments for operatives.\nManaging and optimising diaries to ensure efficient delivery of repair works.\nLiaising with tenants, operatives, subcontractors, and internal departments.\nMonitoring the progress of jobs and rearranging appointments where necessary.\nUpdating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.\nHandling inbound and outbound calls relating to repairs and maintenance requests.\nEnsuring service levels and performance targets are met.\nProviding excellent customer service at all times. Requirements\nPrevious experience working as a Repairs Planner, Scheduler, Works Planner, or similar role.\nExperience within social housing, housing repairs, property maintenance, or a similar environment is highly desirable.\nStrong administrative and organisational skills.\nExcellent communication and customer service abilities.\nExperience using scheduling or workforce management systems.\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage a high volume of tasks. What Our Client Offers\n£17.84 per hour (Umbrella PAYE).\nFull-time position, 40 hours per week.\nOpportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.\nStable, long-term work with an established social housing contractor.\nSupportive team environment and ongoing development opportunities. \n\nIf you have experience coordinating repairs and maintenance works and are looking for your next opportunity within the social housing sector, please apply with your latest CV
