Renovation Project Manager Position in Lubbock, TX

You'll be at the helm of every project—building out contractor teams, tightening up budgets, streamlining timelines, and ensuring every property we touch turns into something incredible.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Producing accurate budgets and timelines
• Maintaining all projects on budget and on time
• Establishing and maintaining a reliable pool of contractors
• Enforcing quality control measures to enhance the quality of the company's renovation projects
• Creating and managing the Scope of Work for all renovation projects
• Lead daily/ weekly calls, communicating the progress of projects
• Update all project statuses and receipts through the company's CRM
• All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Highly motivated, driven, and possess an enterprising attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess extensive knowledge of renovations and be a firm leader
• Possess the skills to manage contractors
• Possesses skills to follow set processes and procedures
