Are you an experienced construction estimator with exceptional communication, math, and critical thinking skills? If so, we’d like to talk. We’re looking to hire a skilled estimation professional to assist our busy team by producing proposals, cost estimates, and detailed takeoffs. Compensation: $60,000 - $95,000+ with experience and bonus structure

Compensation:

$60,000 - $95,000+

Responsibilities:

• Revisit previously submitted proposal and budgets with clients
• Supply accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs
• Work closely with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors
• Calculate construction materials, product costs, labor, and time to estimate overall cost for construction projects
• Frequent construction sites to gather necessary client requirement information

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical
• Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial
• Three years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is needed
• Possess a Bachelors’ degree in civil engineering, construction management, accounting, or related field
