Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.\nOn Behalf of Arup, we are looking for a Project Planner for a 6 months contract on a fully remote basis.\n\nCandidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience\n\nWhat you'll do:\n\nManage and administer programmes in line with NEC contracts, including the development of Clause 31 programmes and ongoing updates to Clause 32 submissions\nWork closely with pre‑construction teams, including design and environmental teams, to develop and maintain robust project programmes\nDevelop detailed project programmes and update them on a monthly basis to reflect progress and change\nLiaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate programme inputs and communicate updates\nMonitor and report on key milestones, progress, and risks against agreed timelines\nApply construction experience where required, supporting programme delivery across a variety of projectsThe skills you'll need:\n\nStrong planning background within large scale infrastructure or utilities programmes\nExperience working with organisations such as Grid, Grid ESO, SPEN, or similar\nProven capability developing and managing NEC Clause 31 programmes\nExperience producing development and construction programmes, including cost loaded schedules and progress updates\nConfident engaging with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and delivery teams\nConstruction phase planning experience strongly preferredAbout the client\n\nAbout the client\nArup is an equal opportunity employer that actively promotes and nurtures a diverse and inclusive workforce.
