Job DescriptionJob Description

• Lead and improve preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs
• Oversee maintenance execution, reliability initiatives, and asset performance tracking
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement long-term corrective solutions
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to optimize equipment uptime
• Manage CMMS performance, spare parts control, and planning/scheduling systems
• Support capital project development, design reviews, and equipment installations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and related industry standards
• Mentor and lead multidisciplinary maintenance and reliability personnel
• Facilitate PHAs and follow through on recommended actions
• Support sustainability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization projects

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• BS Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing operations (chemical or related industry )
• Proven expertise in reliability systems, maintenance management, and asset lifecycle optimization
• Proficiency with CMMS platforms and maintenance planning processes
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems
