We are seeking a Reliability Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the design and implementation of a successful preventive maintenance program in a high-volume metal stamping automotive component manufacturer. You will also manage the maintenance team that is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement the preventive maintenance program
• Lead and manage the maintenance team including setting priorities and deadlines, evaluating equipment needs, and establishing the preventive maintenance program and schedules for the equipment
• Ensure the department responds to work order requests in a timely fashion
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery maintenance management for an automotive supplier preferably in metal stamping or forming or supervisory role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
