Nature and Scope • Develop and to propose Preventive, Predictive and Autonomous Maintenance plans that equipment's require from their start - up and throughout their life cycle, specifying updating frequency for each maintenance task, based on a normal operation and on the objectives of the Maintenance function. • Suggest specific activities for inspection, lubrication, cleaning and change of parts to equipment, based on recommendations from the manufacturer, the supplier and from the own experience of the personnel in Plant, to timely detect and/or avoid equipment deterioration. • Provide technical support and follow-up to Major and highly specialized Maintenance jobs. • Direct work required for investigating costs of performances that seem to be out-of-line and recommend corrective actions. • Expert in Rotating Equipment and vibration analysis including conveyor belts, feeders, crushers, pumps, blowers, fans, gearbox, compressors. • Ensure that all Maintenance and Operating tasks on the Plant are scheduled and planned as specified, following up with the quality of jobs. • Promote ongoing improvement in equipment and administrative procedures. Work together with ongoing improvement teams, visualizing the opportunities of investigation to improve machines with respect to Availability and Reliability. • Support and promote technical development of personnel of Work Teams. • Collect and to analyze equipment Maintenance history; to investigate repetitive damages, in order to evaluate effectiveness of Preventive - Predictive Maintenance and Operating Procedures. Inform stakeholders about design problems or incorrect selection of equipment. • Contact original equipment manufacturers whenever it is necessary to resolve operating and Reliability problems. • Collaborate with Technical Office about the specification of new equipment, assuring Reliability of Operation and the lowest cycle of life. • Design and specifications of new parts or components that will be manufactured by a central (internal) workshop or by an external contractor. • Assist in planning major shutdown work requests with a high degree of specialization, regarding instructions, human resources estimate, materials, special tools and estimated duration of jobs. • Advise about technical problems found in equipment manufacturing, tests, facilities and manufacturing of modified parts and components. Qualifications • Bachelor's in mechanical or industrial engineering . • Field of Study : Mechanical Engineering. • Required Work Experience: 5-7 Years. • Required Computer and Software Skills: Tabware, AutoCAD, Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • Experience in manufacturing environment is highly . Additional Qualifications • Professional certification (e.g., CMRP, Certified Reliability Engineer/Leader). • Prior experience in the cement industry. • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. • Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software tools. • Familiarity with asset management systems and predictive maintenance tools. • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. • Strong knowledge of reliability analysis techniques and KPIs (e.g., Availability, Reliability Factor, FMEA, MTBF, RCFA). • Job role includes physical demands in either hot or cold working environments. • Role may require off-hours call-out, weekend or night shift on occasion basis.
