  • Lead and develop the facilities reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
  • Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment
  • Guide initiatives focused on reliability, maintainability, and failure elimination across:
  • Equipment and production processes
  • Utilities and facilities
  • Controls and safety systems
  • Define, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including:
  • Value-added preventive maintenance tasks
  • Predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing methodologies
  • Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions impacting:
  • Production capacity
  • Product quality
  • Operating costs
  • Regulatory and safety compliance
  • Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel during routine and urgent equipment issues
  • Develop and implement training programs to strengthen Maintenance team capabilities

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering )
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role
  • Previous experience in a maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to solve complex engineering and equipment-related problems
  • Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness and ability to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent critical equipment issues
