- Lead and develop the facilities reliability program to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations
- Partner with Maintenance, Production, and Engineering teams to ensure reliability and maintainability of new and modified equipment
- Guide initiatives focused on reliability, maintainability, and failure elimination across:
- Equipment and production processes
- Utilities and facilities
- Controls and safety systems
- Define, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve maintenance strategies, including:
- Value-added preventive maintenance tasks
- Predictive maintenance and non-destructive testing methodologies
- Analyze repetitive equipment failures and develop sustainable solutions impacting:
- Production capacity
- Product quality
- Operating costs
- Regulatory and safety compliance
- Provide technical support to maintenance and production personnel during routine and urgent equipment issues
- Develop and implement training programs to strengthen Maintenance team capabilities
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering )
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Reliability Engineering or Reliability Specialist role
- Previous experience in a maintenance role (Manager, Supervisor, or Technician) strongly
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Proven ability to solve complex engineering and equipment-related problems
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work in the field alongside mechanics and operators, including responding to urgent critical equipment issues
