Shifts- Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Salary £40,000 to £44,000 plus Benefits
What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage a team of Reliability Engineers, ensuring asset performance and maintenance strategies are effectively delivered.
- Champion proactive maintenance strategies, including predictive and condition-based approaches, to minimise downtime and maximise equipment availability.
- Analyse performance data to identify root causes of equipment failure and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to coordinate planned maintenance and improvement activities.
- Support the development and execution of the site's maintenance and reliability roadmap.
- Oversee asset care documentation, from PM reviews to calibration schedules, ensuring compliance with standards.
What You Will Bring:
- HND or higher qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Proven experience in reliability or maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance systems, asset management, and performance metrics.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to engineering challenges.
