Are you passionate about solving complex equipment challenges? We're seeking a Reliability Engineer to lead root cause investigations, improve equipment reliability, and partner with Operations and Maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.

Qualifications:

\n

    \n
  • 8+ years of maintenance and reliability experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • \n

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline .
  • \n

  • Must have a strong working knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance practices for high-speed rotating equipment.
  • \n

  • Experience utilizing data analysis, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies to improve asset performance.
  • \n

  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • \n

  • U.S. or green card holder
  • \n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

    \n
  • Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions to eliminate recurring equipment failures.
  • \n

  • Improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
  • \n

  • Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, PMs, and equipment maintenance plans.
  • \n

  • Partner with Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • \n

  • Analyze maintenance data to drive reliability improvements and reduce costs.
  • \n

  • Support capital projects, reliability assessments, and new facility start-ups.
  • \n

  • Identify critical spare parts and assist with Bill of Materials (BOM) development.
  • \n

  • Apply Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles while balancing office and field responsibilities.
  • \n
