We need someone to assist in leading complex, cross-functional ERP release programs, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning and execution of ERP release activities
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and risks
• Engage directly with customers, suppliers, and executives
• Balance hands-on project work with strategic leadership

Essentials:

• Experience managing large ERP or enterprise release programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-moving environments

Desired:

• Experience with supplier and customer-facing program leadership
