Registered Building Inspector - West London

Our client, a key player in the BC sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector to join their team in West London. This is a permanent role, primarily focused on site inspections, with the majority of work involved in domestic projects.



Key Responsibilities:



Conducting thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with building control regulations

Assessing construction work and materials to guarantee adherence to safety standards

Providing detailed reports and recommendations based on inspection findings

Advising contractors and developers on building control requirements and best practices

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of building regulations and industry developments

Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet all necessary regulations



Job Requirements:



Experience in building control and inspections

Familiarity with domestic construction methods and materials

Strong understanding of building control regulations and compliance

Class 2A minimum registration as a Building Inspector

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
