Registered Building Inspector - Class 2

Are you a highly motivated and experienced Registered Building Inspector Class Two or above looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team and help us deliver exceptional building control services.

As a Registered Building Inspector, you will be responsible for providing the full building control service within a designated area. You will manage your own workload, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive building control services while adhering to the HSE Professional Conduct Rules and Code of Conduct for Registered Building Inspectors.
• Managing your own workload and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Conducting timely plan checks and site inspections to meet client needs.
• Ensuring all work is carried out within the scope of your registration.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Continuously developing your professional skills through CPD (Continuing Professional Development) and training.

The ideal candidate will be:

• A currently Registered Building Inspector with the BSR.
• Highly self-motivated and organized.
• A member of a relevant professional body, working toward full membership.
• Methodical, efficient, and proactive in your approach.
• An excellent communicator, comfortable with face-to-face, electronic, and telephone interactions.
• Proficient in using the AIP system to monitor reports.
