Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-Office)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience and current registration in the State of Arizona. This role is fully in-office and will focus on the design and delivery of commercial and industrial building projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and a proven track record of managing projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of commercial and industrial building projects.

• Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD.

• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent and project requirements are met.

• Conduct site visits, field measurements, and construction administration tasks.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, zoning laws, and ADA requirements.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

• Mentor and guide junior design staff.

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in the State of Arizona (required).

• Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of commercial and industrial projects.

• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and materials.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
