Regional PFI Contracts Manager – Hard FM
Are you an experienced Facilities Management professional with strong PFI contract knowledge and a track record in Hard FM service delivery?
We’re recruiting for a Regional Contracts Manager to oversee the operational and contractual performance of multiple healthcare sites across London. This is a key role within a growing FM provider, supporting patient-facing environments and ensuring services are delivered to the highest standard.
The Role
* Lead and manage the operational delivery of hard FM services across a portfolio of health centres.
* Ensure all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed to KPI, managing compliance and risk at every stage.
* Act as the primary client interface, representing the business at contract and tenant review meetings.
* Take ownership of PFI payment mechanisms (LRA and V5), minimising deductions and protecting the contract from financial/reputational breaches.
* Produce accurate and timely reporting, ensuring absolute data integrity.
* Work closely with the Commercial Manager to align the supply chain to SLAs and manage supplier performance.

What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in Hard FM services and contract delivery across multi-site estates.
* Experience of PFI/PPP environments within healthcare or comparable sectors.
* Confident in contractual interpretation, compliance frameworks, and risk management.
* Excellent stakeholder management, report writing, and leadership skills.
* Knowledge of SFG20, CAFM systems, and health & safety legislation.
