Job Description

For this role you MUST HAVE experience in Managing Operations for a Multisite Dental Practice . No need to apply if you do not.

I'm now hiring a Regional Manager to support multiple practice locations and lead operational excellence, patient experience, and team engagement. This role is ideal for a people-focused leader who enjoys developing teams and driving performance.

• Coach and support practice leadership to ensure smooth, efficient operations

• Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture

• Monitor metrics and performance across locations

• Ensure an exceptional patient experience is delivered consistently

• Support new initiatives and integration of new practices

• Build strong relationships with doctors, team members, and community partners

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree

• Minimum three years of multi-site or multi-unit leadership experience

• Strong coaching, problem solving, and communication skills

• Healthcare or dental experience is helpful but not required
