S&S Property Management Company is looking to hire a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Nashville, TN. This is an awesome opportunity for the right candidate with the right experience.

The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with extensive technical knowledge (HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing) and proven experience supervising maintenance teams across multiple properties. You have the following:

• Minimum 7 years in property maintenance and 3–5 years of supervisory experience; CAMT desired.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance; reliable transportation for regional travel and parts pickup.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week with weekend flexibility; ability to lead, train, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to earn industry designations as required (EPA, OSHA)

You must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have reliable transportation.
